2 egg whites
1 stevia packet or more to taste
pinch cream of tarter
dash salt to taste
coconut of choice
Whip those muther duckers! Egg whites need to get frothy before you begin to add the cream of tarter. Use your hand whisk for a workout or get an electric beater. You have soft peaks add coconut. I add 1/2 cup- 1 cup depending on how many calories and how dense a snack I want.
Dollop out onto greased cookie sheet and back for 350' degrees at ten min- 15 min depending on how dark and chewy you want your cookies. I like mine chewy and soft. If you want them darker toasted and drier then go for more!
